Has this dual setup ever worked properly? Are the monitors identical? Your board has 3 graphics ports - DVI, DisplayPort, HDMI. Which monitor is connected to which port? Have you experimented with different cable/connection configurations? Are any adapters in use?

Windows 10 pto 20h2, dual monitor, MB: B460M AORUS PRO, CPU i5-10500, (internal) GPU Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630

Open windows on second (extended) screen move to primary screen after sleep mode or screensaver.
Have tried some suggestions found on the net including updating driver(s) but still the same problem.
Any suggestions?
