A few articles I found on the net show many users experience disconnection of SMBv1 connected devices. For some re-enabling SMBv1 solved the problems, others needed more steps or did not get solved.

If your network devices run SMBv1, check if they can be enabled with SMBv2.
Or try to enable SMBv1 on the 20H2 upgraded machine.

When I install the update 20H2 my connections to the netwerk drives, NAS drives doesn't work anymore.
Acer GX-781 I7-7700 256GB SSD 2TB HDD 16GB ram Nvidea GTX1060..
