As this forum is in its infantile state, Registered members are encourage to suggest changes or additions to make this forum appealing to the general computer users and techs.
Suggestion will be discussed and implemented if possible and perhaps voted on...

The website is build on 2 componenets:

Joomla CMS version 3.x as the website engine / platform.
Kunena Forum as an extension on Joomla. The forum you see here.

Kunena Forum is actually more for social forums. To get it closer to the computer.net forum experience, some additions have been made:

A panel to add the members device details.
The "Best Answer" feature. The topic starter/owner can select the best answer from the replies in a particular topic.
More may be added later.

There are no modal popups with certain messages. Errors, warnings and other messages are displayed at the top of the page, just under the header/logo.
I started with a few categories. Feedback from members can decide to add certain categories. Moderators can be assigned per category. If you have the ability to moderate, let me know. (thick skin, not taking it personally, patience...
